My experience with John Tremblay, as your Service Manager is the worst that I have experienced with any dealership. First, he was more concerned about have I would rate him on the survey, rather than providi is the worst that I have experienced with any dealership. First, he was more concerned about have I would rate him on the survey, rather than providing me with excellent customer service. I asked him to do an oil change, which I find was not done. He told me that the 45,000 miles was only to rotate the tires, routine maintenance. What he did not state was that I would be charged for the routine maintenance, I never requested the tire rotation, but I did request to have the tire pressure checked. Now, he suggested in writing that I have two of the tires replaced, however, for a service manager, not to know the proper tire size, I have doubts on his ability. According to the sheet he prepared for me, the tire size mentioned was a 225/65R17 for a 2021 Toyota Sienna hybrid. The actual tire is 235/65R17, which are on my vehicle now. My thoughts are he should have been more interested in providing the service that call for excellent rating. Oh, yes, I should have checked the invoice before I left, but I put trust in Gettel Toyota, no more. More
