The service was to rotate the tires, which I was told was a quick service. My appointment time was 11:00 AM, and I arrived at 10:55 AM. I waited for about 15 minutes until I met with my service advisor. He told me it would take 35 minutes, and that two people would be working on my service. I waited until 12:15 PM, and then inquired about my car. My service advisor jumped up and went into the service area and came and told me it would be 5 minutes. I assume that at that point, they started the rotation. I pulled out of the service department at 12:28 PM, over 1-1/2 hours after arriving. While I waited, I saw people who arrived after for their service, leave before me. They might have a very pleasant staff, however the service time, in my opinion, was much too long, and very disrespectful of my time. More

Master cylinder was found to be leaking Terry Buyers met me as I drove in for a scheduled warranty appointment. He took his time to explain what was to be done, answered all my questions, a Terry Buyers met me as I drove in for a scheduled warranty appointment. He took his time to explain what was to be done, answered all my questions, and even gave me an estimated time as to how long the appointment would take. It wasn't too long before Terry came out to see me with the news that the master cylinder, still under warranty, needed to be replaced. Again, Terry explained what was to be done and even wrote a few notes for me so I could explain it to my husband. Through this whole process I was treated professionally and kindly. Terry took great care and was thorough in his explanations and understanding of my concerns, I'm glad I know where to go for excellent service on my vehicle. More
