Always upsell Went in with a simple problem on the nav screen and they tried to tell me the whole radio navigation system would need to be replaced....$1,400. That being said, I took it in for a 6 month service and was greeted promptly and car was serviced quickly. When the car was brought up to me there was a large grease stain on my light gray drivers seat! Are you kidding me! You would think that they would have put plastic on the seat. I was and still am furious! I showed the service writer immediately and he "cleaned" it. Well I can still see it. UNBELIEVABLE! Can't even describe how upset I am. More

I've always had my 2005 Toyota Tacoma with 110,000 miles on it, serviced at another Toyota dealership, but decided to give Gettel an opportunity to win my business. My service advisor, Christian Anderson, was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Chris didn't try to sell me services that I didn't need, nor did he try to pressure me into having the services that were recommended, performed. The shop and the customer lounge was very clean and neat. I was completely satisfied with the services performed. Gettel has a won a new customer. More

Long wait for a warranty tire rotation Took me 3 days to schedule a service appointment for my 5000 mile warranty service on my 2016 Prius V. The service was to rotate the tires, which I w Took me 3 days to schedule a service appointment for my 5000 mile warranty service on my 2016 Prius V. The service was to rotate the tires, which I was told was a quick service. My appointment time was 11:00 AM, and I arrived at 10:55 AM. I waited for about 15 minutes until I met with my service advisor. He told me it would take 35 minutes, and that two people would be working on my service. I waited until 12:15 PM, and then inquired about my car. My service advisor jumped up and went into the service area and came and told me it would be 5 minutes. I assume that at that point, they started the rotation. I pulled out of the service department at 12:28 PM, over 1-1/2 hours after arriving. While I waited, I saw people who arrived after for their service, leave before me. They might have a very pleasant staff, however the service time, in my opinion, was much too long, and very disrespectful of my time. More

He took his time to explain what was to be done, answered all my questions, and even gave me an estimated time as to how long the appointment would take. It wasn't too long before Terry came out to see me with the news that the master cylinder, still under warranty, needed to be replaced. Again, Terry explained what was to be done and even wrote a few notes for me so I could explain it to my husband. Through this whole process I was treated professionally and kindly. Terry took great care and was thorough in his explanations and understanding of my concerns, I'm glad I know where to go for excellent service on my vehicle. More
