When the car was brought up to me there was a large grease stain on my light gray drivers seat! Are you kidding me! You would think that they would have put plastic on the seat. I was and still am furious! I showed the service writer immediately and he "cleaned" it. Well I can still see it. UNBELIEVABLE! Can't even describe how upset I am. More
