So I have auto butler, received a card reminder had to be done in December. Called left message on Thursday 17th, got no call back, called again Monday 12/21 still voice mail at service. Showed up in person, got appointment for Monday 12/28. I asked how long will it take? 2 1/2 hour! Got 8-11 A.M appointment told Mike HAVE TO BE DONE MUST GET TO WORK! Said no problem. I was on time Monday 12.28 7.55 A.M, dropped off car gave spare key thing , got an Uber to get me home 3 miles . Driver was all over the street, never take Uber again. Didn't know I would get Uber no info. Was told would get call. At 10.50 i asked my neighbor to give me a ride since Uber was not an option,.. arrived at 11 A.M car not ready! Service person said the guy working on it didn't speak English!!! And the key had got lost so was way behind needed DOS hours! that would be 1 P.M,.. result, got a half finish car with dust all over my dashboard, car clearly had not been washed could see the dust still left on roof, they applied the guard thing over a dirty car,.. today I got this text asking me for a review! I have had this car for six months, my second Toyota RAV 4 from this dealer, my sixth RAV 4 since 1997. I hate to complain,.. But I'm done with Gettel. You just lost my business I cannot deal with more dealings from this dealer,.. YOU do not LISTEN!. i asked to not get calls yet you keep calling me every sale event, I asked for no survey text things, cannot see it while working, sent this to my PC,.. rating is ZERO! you didn't give that option so the star is a lie. DO NOT GO TO GETTEL !! More

My wife took the car in for a 55K checkup, which amounts to a tire rotation ($25) and a general components check, brake pads, fluids, etc. Because she was a woman, they convinced her to do some of the i to a tire rotation ($25) and a general components check, brake pads, fluids, etc. Because she was a woman, they convinced her to do some of the items from the 60,000 mile check, which with the pandemic we likely wouldn’t need until next Labor Day. They wanted the extra $250 income ahead of time. They obviously give a bigger xxxx about their well being than they do about screwing over their customers. More

Took my 2018 Nissan Kicks to Gettel Toyota for my 36000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Had to drop it off before they opened due to my work schedule and received a call from Ryan in service a couple ho mile oil change and tire rotation. Had to drop it off before they opened due to my work schedule and received a call from Ryan in service a couple hours later that my car was done. I was concerned that I might not get there to pick it up before the service department closed, and Ryan went above and beyond and coordinated with the sales manager, who is open later, to hold my keys and paperwork until I got there. Excellent service as always! More
