Very disappointed this time have always had great service there. When I got the hylander back Xmas radio was gone the miles per gallon was showing 1 miles per gallon the clock was was way off on time I’ve us there. I called back and asked if I could bring the car back on Saturday they said no they didn’t take walk-in I had just spent $$900 dollars didn’t think I was. Walk-in. More

From the minute I got there to the minute my car was ready the assistant service manager (sorry did not get him name) was very helpful and informative. His customer service was top notch. Would recommend only with the caveat that would be done in a timely manner. I made an appointment for 2:45 & was on time. An hour later I discovered thatmy car was still sitting & not being serviced!
