Arrived for my appt 8 mins early. Checked in & asked how long this work would take. Was told not very long at all. As it turns out, it took 2 hours & 15 minutes. The actual work took 20 mins. Should have been told they were backed up when I checked in. Not told anything for 1.5 hours, and that's only cuz I sent a text asking how much longer it will take. Was told my car was second in line & it should be soon. After another hour, texted again & was told 10 more mins., and it was. Will never visit this dealership again. Communication is poor. I had other things to do that day. Instead I spent more than 2 hours picking my nose for a 20 minute job. More

Always greeted with personal hello. Everything is gone over in a timely matter. I was able to take a walk and have lunch. Come back and talk to a few people and my car was ready. Very professional. Be wary of the complimentary oil change. The service technician was unwilling to accept until I had proof of the offer even though I booked it through dealership with the offer.
