I was in service 12/12 after waiting 2 1/2 h I was told that I had no car there. Then that they lost my car. I had to walk the parking lot to find my own car. After I found my car I was told that didn’t ha that I had no car there. Then that they lost my car. I had to walk the parking lot to find my own car. After I found my car I was told that didn’t have my keys. When they found my keys they told me, here is your key and we did not do the required service, and walked away. This took an additional an additional hour and 15 minutes. No we are sorry can you come back tomorrow and we will complete the service. Then when I entered the car I found my emergency glass breaker missing. I was then told that I probably just miss placed it. It has been in my car for years and serviced at 3 dealers for the 5000 new car check up required my Toyota, and never taken. The service man who checked me in said when I came looking for my car that he did not check me in. They miss spelled my name on the ticket marked my car as an another brand. Three hours and forty five mins and not one we are sorry this happened. No matter how far I have to drive I will never set foot in this dealership again More

Had my New 2023 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid serviced for the first time and as always had a great experience, this is my second purchase at this dealership, everything was great until i asked for the car to be washed time and as always had a great experience, this is my second purchase at this dealership, everything was great until i asked for the car to be washed they stated it will be free and when i got my car back they never washed it. i left i didn't bother. I took my car in for butler service and 5000 mile service. I was told that I needed to allow 6 hours to complete the work. I checked in with John and gave him my keys. He was great and all was w service. I was told that I needed to allow 6 hours to complete the work. I checked in with John and gave him my keys. He was great and all was well. I then received an automated text for the status of the work. The automated system did not alert me that the work was finished. I waited for 4 hours only to check my phone and see that I received a voice message from John that the work was done. I was displeased with the automated service that failed and the fact that I used up half a day of my time that was not necessary. I would say you should eliminate the automated text messaging. More
