Came in for a scheduled oil change at 10:30, you took the car in right away and at 12:30 I started looking around at 1 o’clock. I found my car out on the lot the work has been done. It took me another half h car in right away and at 12:30 I started looking around at 1 o’clock. I found my car out on the lot the work has been done. It took me another half hour to find someone to write it up and get me out. Then I found out everybody had gone to a Christmas luncheon and my car was actually done at 11:45 totally ruin my day and that was totally disrespectful. That’s no way to run a business. I will not be back. More

It takes too long to pick up your car after servicing is finished. If the service rep is busy with another customer, you have to just stand there and wait until he’s finished instead of just going to someon finished.
