I am a middle aged widow who came into your dealership extremely nervous because this would be the first large transaction that I would be making without my husband by my side. I was met with a GREAT BIG extremely nervous because this would be the first large transaction that I would be making without my husband by my side. I was met with a GREAT BIG SMILE and a mild, and very professional salesman named Dan Barnett. He made me feel so comfortable, and treated me with the utmost respect, and told me not to worry about a thing that he would take the "burden" off my shoulders and place it on his-that is what he did, and that is why I purchased my brand new Toyota Corolla from him last Saturday. He gave me that extra reassurance, and treated me like we should all treat one another-with kindness. I hope that his exempulary salesmanship is recognized and appreciated. We drove twenty miles North to check out another Toyota dealer. It was late on Friday night when I called the internet rep , Victoria and told her we were on our way. Dan was waiting outside for us! He showed us several cars, but they weren't the model we were looking for. One was on the lot, but not prepped for sale but it was what we were looking for. After our negotiations, we were satisfied with the price and the vehicle and the friendliness of all the Palm Toyota employees. We are glad we bought our new Toyota from Palm . More

Salesperson Mike Watts was very professional, polite, and friendly. He provided good information over the phone and held a car for us to come and purchase.
