Service and new vehicle purchases. I bought my 2015 tundra in December 2014 and the deal went off as stated. Go here if you want to spend more $$$$ I was a PALM TOYOTA AUTO customer in Punta Gorda for 22 years with over 20 vehicles purchased from them. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE I purchased the EXACT same vehicle With exact same trade deal at another Toyota dealer for a much lower price explain that ! $ 2000.00 MORE OPTIONS $ 2200.00 LOWER PRICE $ 4200.00 of value in my pocket Palm made us bargain all day claiming the best deal All Lies!!!! To add to the insult, Last week I had also purchased A new Vehicle from Palm Told we were getting the best price they could give. The sales people were not nice to me when they found out I was not happy with my car, and would not take care of the problem according to my desire, only what they wanted to do about the problem, and then t I was not happy with my car, and would not take care of the problem according to my desire, only what they wanted to do about the problem, and then they got nasty with me! I was even threatend by the general sales manager. I did not get a window sticker for my car,which shows the actual price I paid for my car-which is against the law. I dont know if I was overcharged on alot of things, i know i was charged for an option that was not on the car they gave me! I wouldnt go there if I was you. These people were reluctant to refund me any money that they over charged me, the sales manager lied to me straight to my face, but what can you do, his word against yours! steer clear of this place. I was never so glad to get out of a dealership in my life-i have bought 3 new cars in michigan and never been treated like this. the whole ordeal took over 1 month. More
