Very disappointed, almost felt like they wanted to screw me. I was shown Camry SE and all the information was sent to me, price was decided as well. I made an appointment to go pick up the car, I was almost sold I was shown Camry SE and all the information was sent to me, price was decided as well. I made an appointment to go pick up the car, I was almost sold an LE trim. Cheaters. They wanted to sell me SE model for 4000 dollars more than agreed price. Beware... as per their internet advertising it was suppose to be SE model, tried calling Ellen... But she was nowhere to be found. Guys watch out. More

Awful sales experience I contacted the dealership looking for a certified preowned highlander. The person I spoke with gave me an appointment for Sunday at 11am. I get to the dealership at 1130 am and find everyone walking around aimlessly. I speak with a sales associate and inquire about the original salesperson whom I have an appointment with. No such person. Ok the sales lady offers to help. The rep looks in the computer and informs me it’s been sold. No courtesy call. She offers to sell me a new one so off we go to see the truck in a golf cart that wouldn’t start. Finally gets the cart started and we get to the truck and it starts to rain. We decide to bring the truck inside to the garage and when we get there it’s full with employee vehicles. We wait until they move their cars and inspect the vehicle. We move inside and begin negotiations. I inquire about financing and the rep brings out a finance manager sloppily dressed. He informs me of the rates none of which were attractive. We Couldn’t agree on pricing and the manager becomes irritated. It was obvious at this point that this era hip is not a place I want to do business with and I leave. This was a total waste of time and energy. Not a professional organization. More

It’s always an overwhelming experience making a big purchase, but the team at Gettel Toyota of Charlotte County made the process less stressful. I didn’t feel pressured or harassed. We were handed from person to person and made to wait and wait and wait. We were told our trade-in was worthless and Jason tried to sneak an additional $200 onto the agreed-upon price. After purchasing the vehicle, we discovered that tinted windows, which were part of the sticker price, had never even been tinted! Everything this dealership does screams "shady!" More
