Purchase of my new Toyota RAV4 On December 30 I drove to Punta Gorda to Gettel to inquire and test drive e a new Rav4 Limited. I had owned a 2005 Toyota for 13 years and 2 months, On December 30 I drove to Punta Gorda to Gettel to inquire and test drive e a new Rav4 Limited. I had owned a 2005 Toyota for 13 years and 2 months, and thought it was time to trade it in. My 2005 Toyota only had 105,000 miles, 4 new tires, new battery, new disc brakes, windshield wipers and ran like a new car. It was a hard decision to give it up, but I was ready for an upgrade, with all the new safety features and a more comfortable seat. I met with Ricardo who was very professional and knowledgeable about the new vehicle. We did a test drive and he went over all the accessory high points in the vehicle. I also met with Matt the manager who was also very pleasant and professional. They really do understand the value of customer service.
