My car is 20 years old. When I went to parts I expected moaning and groaning about how difficult it would be to get what I needed. I contacted Gettel Toyota to get a battery replaced in our Lexus . Regrettably I was overcharged for it. They did not consider it as part of the Toyota family so I was not given the proration on the exist our Lexus . Regrettably I was overcharged for it. They did not consider it as part of the Toyota family so I was not given the proration on the existing battery even though the battery was installed by a Lexus dealer two and a half years ago. Ryan the Assistant Service manager was proficient but not flexible in handling the transaction. My Lexus dealer is fort five miles away , so I tried to avoid driving that far for a battery. I know better now. More

They gave me a 2 pm appointment for an oil change. I left the dealership at 3:55 pm. Jiffy Lube would have taken 30 min and been a lot cheaper.
