I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but was surprised when I was told I needed several other items fixed. This really surprised me since I take my car in for regular maintenance. My last visi surprised when I was told I needed several other items fixed. This really surprised me since I take my car in for regular maintenance. My last visit was about eight months ago. Nevertheless, I agreed to the repairs which came to over $1900. When I returned to pick up my car the very nice service rep said he worked with the figures and managed to reduce the price by $300. Of course I was happy with the new number. My only issue is why wasn’t the lower figure given to me in the beginning. I’ve been pleased overall with the service at Gettel, so I’m not really complaining. I guess I was just startled by the various repairs need since my last visit a few months ago. Hopefully all is well now and my car won’t need any major repairs in the coming months. More

Started out sluggish improved to six stars ! THANK YOU! So first of all I am not the easiest one to deal with, however all I ask is the dealer listen to my requests. I do not care for the new gadgets trying to take over me driving the car. So I asked to have the line tracking assistant and any other new tech stuff shut off, and do not like the new auto start/stop thing which does not save gas just makes the car go jerky. Have to hit the button every time I start. Have disconnected the spying from Toyota on my driving, got rid of the connection to my phone and am now a happy driver of my sixth Toyota RAV 4. I posted before if not for Kimo I would not buy at Gettel, well Moody is AWSOME, he did in five seconds what it took me two years , my 2018 had the same feature on the door handle locking things, and also showed me what my sales person should have shown me upon m y request. so ask for MOODY! if you want to buy a car. Jason worked like crazy for 10 days to get me the color, roof rack and interior I wanted, and Rhiannon was fantastic and Anthony in tech is amazing and Mike in service the best! Some sales people need to learn to listen to the customer and not ignore their request. We all have room for improvement including me! I do NOT want to be a whining car buyer. I highly recommend Gettel Toyota, I will be back for service and again in 2022 for a new Toy RAV 4, and will shut off all the tech gadgets again, and make sure I get what I ask for, including 15" wheels to lower the ride to a low rider. THANK YOU GUYS AT GETTEL, OH AND STEVE IN INTERNET MANAGEMENT ALSO , who was patient with me when line assist beeped like crazy while i was in the middle of the white lanes,...making turns over by Fishermans Village going to PGI, and almost got into accident. For my first time with Gettel Toyota I received excellent service. Staff was courteous and professional. I will use their service department again.
