Overcharged for time the mechanic did not work on the car. Service was slow and they were not concerned at all. Called to speak to management and they never returned my call. This was a total rip off. They take advantage of us seniors. Will never go back. You should check you bill as they charge for false charges and add fees they cannot explain. The owner owns other dealerships in the area. Please stay clear of all his dealerships. With all that is going on in this country we should not expect to be scammed by this Thanks More

Elsewhere is was lots cheaper. He opened my eyes when he showed me that the price had been increased by $3000 because I had chosen the offered Zero interest rate. I was shocked because I was rushed through the signature process and had not realized the price had been suddenly increased. I pointed out that this fact was a Hidden Interest rate and that the offered Zero interest rate is FAKE. When you load the data into a Present Value formula APR Calculator you get the REAL Interest rate which is 2.374%. When I showed my dissatisfaction the General Sales Manager said "Don't blame Gettel Toyota Charlotte county, blame Toyota Southwest Finance". However the Gettel salesman FAILED to point out that choosing Zero interest INCREASED the price by $3,000. In the past, I always bought a used car one or two years old. The car I had been driving was a Toyota Prius, purchased this way, and my interest rate with Wells Fargo was 2.3%. So the sales failure to inform me of the hidden interest rate Forced me to buy the WORONG car. More
