I don`t know what it takes to get that wonderful service everyone is talking about. I have been sitting by the phone all day waiting to talk to a real live person up there to set up a date to have some repa everyone is talking about. All i ever get is that stupid answering machine. Well I have wasted almost a whole day and I still have not talked to an actual human being, so my thought is I am going to try calling Germain Toyota and see if they possibly have any real live humans I can talk to and see if they are more willing to help me get my car repaired. Sorry Gettel but you really need to look at your business practice. More

Took my vehicle in for its first oil change and tire rotation. First after their lunch break. Told would take 1 hour. 2 1/2 hours later I had to get the manager. finally got my car.
