Took a week or so till I was able to speak to a service writer for my simple repair. A carwash broke my antenna & they were less than prompt with the repair. Took my Kicks in for it’s regular oil change and tire rotation. I have a service plan so it’s no cost for me. Service advisor was very nice and courteous. This normally takes about an hour which is a lit rotation. I have a service plan so it’s no cost for me. Service advisor was very nice and courteous. This normally takes about an hour which is a little excessive for an oil change, but it’s free so I can’t complain. On this trip however, I waited over two hours for my service. Next time I may just pay the $30 and go to jiffy lube or pennzoil and be in and out in 20 minutes. Not happy. More

My wife took Forerunner in for 30,000 mile service and of course they tried to up sell. They wanted to change the brake fluid and clean the fuel injectors even though this wasn’t required by the manufacturer course they tried to up sell. They wanted to change the brake fluid and clean the fuel injectors even though this wasn’t required by the manufacturer to the tune of almost $600. I wouldn’t have any of it. The next day took in my Tacoma for 20,000 mile routine maintenance with about 19,600 miles on it. They told me Toyota Care coverage had expired although there had been a pandemic and I had to pay out of pocket! I have been a loyal Toyota lease customer for over 30 years with typically 2 vehicles. This is the worst that I have been treated since moving to Florida 3 years ago! Definitely buyer beware!!! More
