We never want our customers to feel "pressed" to purchase these items unless they provide value to you.

The way it was presented was that it was a necessary and recommended maintenance requirement of Toyota. Having had experience with this maintenance on a Lexus I owned after 100,000 miles. I knew it was not a necessary maintenance requirement. Others not familiar with actual maintenance requirements would have accepted it as “needed”, which, in an area many of your customers are elderly, is inappropriate at best. My tech here in WI has told me it is unnecessary before 100,000 miles, which is what you should be telling your customers!
