We are sorry to hear that you had trouble connecting with our customer relations director. We can replace your halogen lights with LED and yes, we did offer a 20% discount to install them. Our understanding is that you were able to get Toyota to cover the cost of the replacement lights. We never want to hear that we've lost a customer, especially based on your circumstances that could be resolved.

Thanks to TOYOTA CORP the problem was resolved. I will remain a Toyota fan but not. Gettel fan. When you have purchased (5) Toyota’s from a dealership and have had positive experiences you tend to get spoiled. I still remain optimistic. When I give you my loyalty and money I expect respect and loyalty to be returned. Maybe it’s just me.
