I purchased a new suv in March of 2021. I was lead to believe that the vehicle was equipped with LED lighting. It turns out that the fog lights are halogens and when turned on they look extremely awkward believe that the vehicle was equipped with LED lighting. I spoke with the service manager about this issue and his response was that they didn’t build the cars there to take it up with the engineers. Also my car was returned to me filthy after servicing. I attempted several times to reach the customer service manager (11 days). They’re response was to give me 20% off of an already overpriced set of led fog lights and inflated labor rate. I spend more that that discount on my servicing. No more. They have lost me as a customer, my family and my friends. More

I thought you said you were going to schedule the running boards to be installed. That never happened I had to do it.
