Cameron Leiti-Asst Service Mgr checked me in but terrible follow thru on progress of completion of new vehicle service. I texted first asking how long till done-commented 25mins. Waited another hour (for a t follow thru on progress of completion of new vehicle service. I texted first asking how long till done-commented 25mins. Waited another hour (for a total 3hrs) texted, no reply. Left waiting area to check myself, to find my keys laying on Cameron’s desk, he was gone (to lunch) Asked two other Service Reps, they just told me where Cameron office was & he will be right back. Was ready to take my keys & depart. Finally he came out of the lunch room…said Sorry Boss! In my second text I asked ETA & said I had to go back to work!! So he knew I was checking the status & needed to go! Lack of attention to customer! Funny he asked other customers to make sure & do the survey & give a 5 star rate-but didn’t ask me-SO he knew. Ughh we love our new Highlander but?? Thank you. More

The free service at 1 yr went smoothly. I was told I needed a brake flush as well as a fuel service drive belt due to fraying and alignment. When we got a second opinion we were told it was not needed. So that upset me.
