Funny story, I bought a 2021 Toyota Venza from Mike, I had traded In my 2009 Toyota Pearl white Highlander perfect condition which I loved, but thought the Venza would fit better in our garage when we mov had traded In my 2009 Toyota Pearl white Highlander perfect condition which I loved, but thought the Venza would fit better in our garage when we moved full time to FL. We drove the Venza back to MA. And missed the comfort and roominess of the Highlander. When we got back I contacted Mike and said “ I MISS MY HIGHLANDER “. We went back to Mike and looked at 2021 Highlanders, fell in love but could not spend a lot in the trade. We gave him a figure and he found one around our price range and he and Jason worked with us in the deal. Mike feels like family very personable and caring individual. My husband owns a Toyota Tacoma and he told Mike when they come out with an Army Green Toyota Tacoma he may trade his in, well Toyota came out with the Army Green Tacoma and Mike remembered and called us right away to say they just got one in. We bought the Army Green Tacoma, that will be another story at another time. Whenever I come in for service Mike comes right over to ask how everything is going. I always say Happy Customer here. he’s the BEST !! And I have recommended Mike and Toyota Gettle of Charlotte County to my friends. More
