I recently had my car in for auto butler. I thought the whole car was supposed to get cleaned before they applied the product. Around the trunk was still dirty,black marks on my car surface,i I thought the whole car was supposed to get cleaned before they applied the product. We saw a vehicle advertised and call they waited for us to drive all the way from Fort mYers. At our arrival the sales rep was very kind, explained the vehicle especs and gave us time to explore the car ev to drive all the way from Fort mYers. We reached a fair price and then went to the business office. The gentleman was very professional. We understand that because it was the end if the day they could not clean detailed the vehicle fir us, but offer we brought it back anytime for it. The overall experience for us was very good.
