He puts faith back into your dealership. Very nice knowledgeable person. I wish she would’ve been in charge of the inspection on the used FJ that I purchased there. Apparently during the inspection they did not check the tires one is out of round ( can not balance) and did not check the front end alignment if so they would’ve found that it cannot be lined because of the items that are frozen in the ft end. But my service writer very knowledgeable very polite I enjoyed working with them thank you and have a blessed day. More

Worked with Randy the store manager and Birgit salesperson, they were both very very professional to work with. I did buy the extended warranty,and when I asked the cost the gal in finance did no salesperson, they were both very very professional to work with. I did buy the extended warranty,and when I asked the cost the gal in finance did not really give me a price, she just showed me the bottom line, which I thought was a sneaky way of selling the warranty More
