3 1/2 hours for an oil change and now 4 1/2 hours for brake fluid flush, front rotor and pads. Unexceptable. I had an appt both times for 9;30 and service rep did not come out for 2 hours to give me an brake fluid flush, front rotor and pads. Unexceptable. I had an appt both times for 9;30 and service rep did not come out for 2 hours to give me an update. This leaves me to believe my car was not started for over an hour. Why bother to make an appt. My time is more valuable than this. Service was exceptional when this was Palm Toyota. I cannot see any reason to return for this type of service. I also know that no one will contact me concerning this issue. Have a nice day! More
