It was my first time having my vehicle serviced by Gettel and it got off to a rocky start. I did not know how your service line worked and the employee I talked to was less than friendly. My oil change and and it got off to a rocky start. I did not know how your service line worked and the employee I talked to was less than friendly. My oil change and tire rotate were fine, but I had written on my appointment and let the man who took care of me know I had a tire with a slow leak. When checking out, I asked about what they found and was told all my tires were low. That's not my issue. I have one tire constantly leaking. I told him before the service it lasts a week before I need to refill it. The issue was not addressed and I suspect not looked into. So now I'll take it elsewhere to have the tire looked at. I'll come back to Gettel for my service plan, but will remain skeptical for all other forms of service. More
