The work done on my vehicle was amazing! The communication and follow up was absolutely horrendous. I would have to call and leave messages if I wanted and type of follow up. The majority of the time it would take a few days to get any type of follow up the timeline for repairs was never communicated and whenever there would be some it was never correct and that always came with a huge list of excuses. I have bought 4 new vehicles from dealership and the service with them has been fantastic. Unfortunately this experience was not that. If do have him as your point of contact I wish you good luck and hope you have a much better experience than I did More

We waited over two hours before our oil change was started. By the time it was completed, we were there almost 3hrs. We had an appointment. One of the employees said an appt wasn’t really an appt. It just gave Gettel an estimate of the number of car’s coming in. My husband had a stroke recently and it was difficult for him to wait that long. We had no idea. The service advisor was very kind but he couldn’t make things move any faster. We’ve been buying & servicing cars at Gettel for over 10yrs. This has never happened before & we question whether we should return. More
