Bought a new 2009 Tacoma from Gettel that came with the dealer-installed daytime running lights. The option consists of having the turn signals run continuously. Unfortunately, the light enclosure is not d dealer-installed daytime running lights. The option consists of having the turn signals run continuously. Unfortunately, the light enclosure is not designed to handle that much continuous heat and it is melting from the inside out. When I asked to get the dtrl option turned off and to restore the vehicle to the way Toyota designed it I found they want $90-100 to fix the problems caused by an option they charged me $40 for in the first place. If I have to pay 2-1/2 times the the original price to fix a problem caused by GettelI am definitely not going to let Gettel have the money. I don't think I will ever set foot on that lot again. Buyer beware, they do not stand behind what they sell. More
Tuesday, we took our '09 Toyota Camry in to Gettel for service. After finishing we were approached by a very personable salesperson (Nuri Reed) saying she would like to buy our car!! She said she had so service. After finishing we were approached by a very personable salesperson (Nuri Reed) saying she would like to buy our car!! She said she had something she would like to show us and talk about. We went w/her and she showed us an '11 Camry comparable to ours and then very, very efficiently told us what kind of a deal she could give us on a new lease and buy our car. It was very attractive to us and we traded on the spot. In the many, many years of driving and leasing Camry's have we ever had this type of friendly, gracious and helpful service provided to us. Gettel Toyota and their customers are the real winners to have a person of this caliber working for them. We highly recommend her. Her sales manager, Sean McGuire, was also very friendly and kind to us. It was such a warm and feel good experience to leave Gettel with a new car and not be jerked around as has happened to us in some dealerships in the past. More

In my 17 years of sales and service and buying parts or whatever-- THEY TRULY care about their customers... not only just for the sale of the car.... but, all the service required on all cars through the years. Jill and Scott are so kind and so patient even though they are doing 5 things at one time. They help me so much and I would NEVER think of going ANYWHERE except Gettel Toyota. While waiting in the VERY COMFORTABLE waiting room--with FREE Wireless Internet for their customers--- their hospitality gentleman Jack is smiling and greeting people and keeping hot coffee on hand and cleaning and keeping everything so nice. The part department which is located in this customer waiting area --are saying hello and talking to people who are waiting as well. The WHOLE GETTEL EXPERIENCE here is AWESOME !!
