This is the 2nd time out of 2 service appointments Dealership didn't tighten lugnuts on my 2021 Prius and had to bring car in 2 extra times to have lugnuts tightened. The car was full of greasy hand prints. I lost the wheel locks key there and they say they never ask for that to customer because the have one.
