Tried to schedule an on-line appointment but was unable. I called and the nice female I talked to scheduled my appointment and didn’t even have to transfer me. On appointment morning I was early but fortunately I did not have to wait long. The service employee (Christopher?) came to my car and quickly greeted and directed me to the coffee. (Where is the donuts you used to have?) I was disappointed that you no longer have the newspaper’s available. Also, I was first greeted by a very nice young woman who advised me that a service person would be wit me shortly. My car was ready in less than one hour and it was nice that your organization even washed my dirty car. Thank you Gettel!! More
