Been happy with Gettel until last 2 visits. Bought the car there in 2014, been serviced only there, new tires put on recently, all maintenance done there. Went to get some work done & couldn’t pull up our records with the phone number we’ve used for years. Did VIN # & under someone else’s name. A little unnerving! Got it straightened out & the answer to how does this happen-just happens sometimes??? Brought the car in a week later for a part that had been ordered. After a 2 hour wait am told wrong part-sorry. Will he bringing it in for the “right” part soon. Hope you don’t earn a strike 3 or waist anymore of my time with poor service More
