Promised 3-4 days work turned into 19 days. Customer service nonexistent. I had to drive there in order to talk to someone about my car. What makes me most upset is the fact that after picking Customer service nonexistent. I had to drive there in order to talk to someone about my car. What makes me most upset is the fact that after picking up my car, the car was dirty… marker on the window not to mention VERY sticky tape on the body of the car and headlight… I don’t even know how to remove it at this point since it’s soooo dry from the sun. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. More

Salesman was new, kept running to manager for everything. Every question, he had no answers. Paid cash for a used car. Asked 3 things: Detail the car, tank of gas and 2 key FOBs. After I wrote the check out Every question, he had no answers. Paid cash for a used car. Asked 3 things: Detail the car, tank of gas and 2 key FOBs. After I wrote the check out I got 1/2 tank of gas and only 1 FOB. Now I have to spend time at a dealer and $350 to get a second FOB. Most uncomfortable sale and experience at a dealer I've ever had.
