Robert was supposed to call me once an appointment had been with the guy who paints rims. I waited several weeks and then called him twice, calls being a week apart. My appointment was for the following Thursday, sat 2 hours in waiting room, went looking for Rob only to discover my wheel rim was not going to be painted today. I was given a loaner and told to come back in the afternoon. Returned to discover they were about to start on my wheel. Came back once again and finally picked up car at 5:30. Told Rob that if I was next in his line when I returned for servicing to pass me on to someone else. This is the first time I have had issues with Gettle Service Department. More
