When coming to Gettel Toyota I had high expectations due to rave reviews from friends and co-workers who have purchased vehicles there before. These expectations were not only met but exceeded. This was my first car buying experience and I was graciously greeted by Carlos Webb as I walked up the steps of the dealership. His warm and friendly personality put me at ease, he was extremely knowledgeable of the Rav4 and he answered all my questions in a professional manner. He was personable but never pushy and offered me a very fair price on a car, making me feel that he had my best interest at heart. His follow up was also professional. Of all the salesmen I have come into contact with at any of the many dealerships I have been to, he by far was my favorite. Gettle has a star on their cap for having Carlos on their team. I came in not really expecting to get a car but loved the Tacoma, Travis was great and not pushy at all. I can be quite the pain but he was very nice and patient with me. Upon arriving at Gettel we were kindly greeted by Ed Walsh. He was very helpful and informative yet not pushy at all.
