I just purchased my second vehicle from Gettle Toyota. Both times I got a great deal. I have had all of my service and repairs done at the dealer through the Toyota Care Program. They always do just the work that needs to be done and haven't ever tried to convince me to do more than was needed. They even helped me, step by step, through the process of getting major repairs done after an accident. Plus they have a great waiting area with free wi-fi. Our experience with the dealership before and during the sale were awesome. Kevin was very friendly and everyone worked with us very well and was very accomodating. Travis in finance was also very friendly and took the time to carefully explain everything as this was our first car buying experience and I appreciated that they only tried to sell us packages that were practical for our family as opposed to pushing unpractical, expensive add-ons like most dealerships. They helped us work around some issues we had with titles and insurance and I was overall pleased with the experience. We did fill out a short survey before we left the dealership about our experience. We were also told we would be receiving a survey in the mail. I was told to fill out this survey (its the second time I have done it) and I now receive multiple calls daily from the dealership and its secretaries. I bought the car last week and the experience was "excellent" and now it's over so I would love to be left alone! More

I have owned 4 cars prior to this recent purchase, but my pre-owned, Toyota Certified 2008 Scion xB from Gettel marks the first vehicle I have owned in which I have an established relationship with a dealer. pre-owned, Toyota Certified 2008 Scion xB from Gettel marks the first vehicle I have owned in which I have an established relationship with a dealer. While the initial purchase experience back on November 4th was not unpleasant, (I did end up buying a vehicle I wasn't really seeking to buy after all) I had some reservations and questions concerning the specifics of what I was getting and what kind of care I should expect from Gettel as a Scion owner. At his expressed invitation, I met with General Manager Jeramie Snelling along with Finance Manager Matt Burriss to review aspects of my November purchase. Their professionalism, care and helpfulness exceeded my expectations and gave me a tremendous sense of confidence not only in the quality of Toyota products (vehicle and various warranties) but also a peace of mind that I will be taken care of with this and any future product I invest in through Gettel. Gettel's customer appreciation/feedback session and subsequent follow up has been stellar (5 out of 5). Any doubts or concerns I had have been replaced with assurances of quality and professional care. Very cool.
