My first stop was here and after working with Nuri Reed, it ended up being my only stop. Nuri was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions. She was very friendly, as was the rest of the staff I interacted with here. Nuri also worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for in the price range I needed it to be in. She was also very accommodating to my father and I. I ended up getting more than I was expecting thanks to her and the great staff at Gettel Toyota in Bradenton. I would definitely recommend the dealership to friends and family and would highly recommend them to work with Nuri. More
dear management; absolutely the worse car buying experience that i have ever had in the last 50 years of purchasing an automobile. the manager tried to increase the price of the car after i drove i experience that i have ever had in the last 50 years of purchasing an automobile. the manager tried to increase the price of the car after i drove it, on the bases of new tires and clean up of the car for the showing. I have never in my life of buying probably 25 autos had such an unpleasant experience. Henry did a fine job, with what he was dealt. We drove over 2 hours to look at a car advertised for just under $16,000 online, only to discover as we were on our test drive that we would HAVE to buy a war over 2 hours to look at a car advertised for just under $16,000 online, only to discover as we were on our test drive that we would HAVE to buy a warranty for an ADDITIONAL $1995 to complete the purchase. This was on an almost-new car, that still had over 2 years and 30,000 miles left on its original factory warranty. Needless to say, we left the dealership with our cash still in our pockets...someone could have made some money today, but it won't be Gettel. Henry was an eager and willing salesman and I hope he can find a worthy dealership. More

Great people to work with, was not pressured as my wife was not sure about buying leather seats or not. in 2008 we purchased a 2009 toyota corolla le ,the financial mmgr. told us that he had comtacted our credit union to finance the car but when we contacted the credit union that day for another matter financial mmgr. told us that he had comtacted our credit union to finance the car but when we contacted the credit union that day for another matter we were informed that in fact gettel toyota never contacted them at all. being upset about gettel lying to us we went there to return the 2009 corolla and the contract (not 24hrs later) and get back the 2007 we had traded in. they told us that the 2007 had already been delivered to a buyer. i'm sure that was another lie but at this point a lawyer would be needed to rsolve this matter. we could'nt afford to do this so we kept the 2009 (what else could we do?). we agreed to never do business with gettel ever again. on july 1st 2011 we recieved a call from rob williams (sales assoc.)for us to come in to see if we could get 0% intrest on our loan with them which is at 9%. it got to go there and after an hour or so (we informed rob that we didn't intend on buying a new car at this point because we're in the market for a house purchase and being prequalified couldn't buy anything to alter the prequalify deal. even after telling him (rob) that he said he would do whatever it to to lower our interest rate. after an hour or so the new car sales manager approches with a new car purchase deal to lower our interest rate exactly what we didn't want .this put us over the edge and to be sure we'll never buy or send anyone to gettel toyota or any of they're other dealerships ever. THAT'S FOR SURE!!!! gettel should be dealt with properly be the TOYOTA company , but i'm sure they'll let them go on liing to thery're customers as they have inthe past. whatever it takes to sell a car (lie,cheat and steal) only the consumer gets hurt. Do not live in local area me and my family were visiting the beach, when our Toyota Tundra had to be towed.
