Jacob knew his stuff on the features of a Highlander and the took me through the latest features in an understandable way. The best way for me is going through the steps and explaining as we went through them. The dealership and its personnel are the best from sales to the service to the collision departments. That is greatly appreciated. They make buying a vehicle pleasurable. More

So I brought my vehicle to Gettel Toyota of Bradenton where I originally purchased the vehicle brand new. Craig, one of the service managers took care of me during the process and when the repairs had been completed he spoke with me about needing my brakes replaced soon. In this case I said fine how much would it run and he stated $300 and he would take care of the rental vehicle since it's the only vehicle I have and rely on it to get to and from work which I travel over 60 miles per day. Thought it was a nice gesture of Craig to flat out offer to cover the rental. Driving home I realized the driver seat track was loose, so of course I call the next day and Craig says to bring it in and he'd look it over. Craig looked over everything and said that everything seems to be fine now. Driving home same issue, call craig says that he'd look over it when they replaced my brakes. Brought the vehicle in to replace the brakes and have them look over the seat tracks and picked my car up two days later due to a part needing to be order. Picked up the bill and my car and Craig charged me for the rental that he said he would take car of and my seat track was still loose. Drove it home and realized my brakes are now making a metal on metal noise and the brake pedal goes to the floor!!! Called Craig and told him what was going on and he proceeds to cop an angry attitude with me and says, " We can't keep looking at your car for free. If we look at your car again, that's it!" He demands. I have never experienced an issue like this before and demand a refund in full for the $341 bill as I will need to take my vehicle some where else because I do not feel safe with this team working on my vehicle. This is an extreme safety issue and do not feel this is the proper way to take care of a customer that's been doing business with this company since 2008. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, my state attorney, and Toyota's Corporate office. More
Ask for Ryan Overstreet! This was a great experience for me as a first time car buyer. Ryan was beyond helpful and listened to what I was specifically looking for. Even after weeks of having my new (pre owned) RAV4 limited I can contact Ryan with questions and he is more than happy to help. All the employees greeted me with a smile and clearly answered all my questions. More

I felt as if she really cared about me and my needs. It was one of the best experiences I ever had in buying a car. I highly recommend this dealership. I've used the service department and received utmost attention and great service. Finance staff especially Hector Vega was good experience. And very knowledgeable. More
Gimmicks, Scams and More Gimmicks! The salesperson said she'd run it by her manager and call me back, but she was sure that they wouldn't want to lose a sale over $900. They called back to say they were unsure about the offer, so I told them to give me their bottom line (aka lowest offer they'd accept). Are you ready for this? They came back at $31,900 because I didn't want to trade my (paid off) car in and I wasn't going to use their financing. I was looking at a one year old USED car with 20,000 miles on it and I could buy the exact same car BRAND NEW for the price of the used car that they offered me. I was trying to get a deal done long distance and get the car shipped to me, but after reading the reviews I'm glad I didn't buy a plane ticket and fly out there to get the car. After a few more run-arounds, I cut off communication and I will buy a car elsewhere. Bottom line: This dealership tries to make money by SCREWING people over by giving them horrible financing terms and screwing you on the price of your trade-in. If you aren't willing to accept these terms, then don't bother. This dealership is especially a joke if you have great credit like I do, cash downpayment in hand, and are serious about making a purchase. Steer clear!! More
Worst car buying experience in 30 years. The first day I went there I was offered $15k for my trade on a new 2015 Tacoma. I thanked them for their time and told them I couldn't accept that o The first day I went there I was offered $15k for my trade on a new 2015 Tacoma. I thanked them for their time and told them I couldn't accept that offer. I received a phone call probably every other day for two weeks which I ignored knowing I couldn't afford their offer. After about two weeks I received another call and message saying they had made a mistake on my trade. They could give me $18,500. I called back and told them if that's the case I will take it. After about an hour of waiting for the approval process we were informed that the New truck we wanted had just been sold. They looked on line and found a couple others they could bring in for us. None of them as nice as the original. So we asked if we could think about it for a an hour or so. We looked on line and found a nice 2015 Used Tacoma....low mileage...very nice. We called and left a message saying we would be interested in it if we could get the same deal. They said it was no problem. I said I wanted my payment to stay the same....the used truck had a few more bells and whistles than the new one....but nothing crazy....they called back and said come in....they would have most of the paperwork done for us. So we went back to the dealership. And waited....and waited...for a couple of hours. Finally the loan was done....the dealership had closed but they stuck around to take care of us. The only thing left was to sign the paperwork and they would "make it as quick as possible". At that point we just wanted to get out of there. My wife was ready to walk out and drive our old car home....but the paperwork was ready.... So we went back to sign it....and watched as yard after yard of paperwork printed off the machine that may have been purchased used from NASA in 1969. So another hour later we were driving home...happy with our new used tacoma. I loved the truck. And still love the truck. But after about a week we were filing our papers....and just scan through it...to find that we did indeed have about the same payment. But instead of the $18,500 we had been offered on the other deal. We received $14,500 for our trade. Maybe it's me....but that seems a little deceptive. Then as we got to the end of the paperwork we discovered we had purchased an $1,100 warranty that was a total surprise to us...yet our payment remained the same.... And our payment remains the same....mostly due to the 7 Year loan we were given....which of course...was another surprise. I sure hope Mr. Gettel enjoys his Maserati...jaguar...and all the other incredibly expensive cars and lovely homes the finance manager told us he owns....at least my payment is the same. More
