True Rating ZERO STARS - AWFUL DEALERSHIP Gettel Toyota of Bradenton is by far the WORST automotive dealership I have ever had the displeasure of conducting business with. Are you looking to Gettel Toyota of Bradenton is by far the WORST automotive dealership I have ever had the displeasure of conducting business with. Are you looking to get lied to? Are you looking to be ripped off? Are you looking to be disrespected? Are you looking to be sold a new car that has multiple issues? If so Gettel Toyota is YOUR automotive dealership. IF on the other hand you are looking to be treated with integrity, respect, and truthfulness then Gettel Toyota of Bradenton is NOT the place you want to conduct your automotive purchase with. Recently I had the misfortune of purchasing a new 2018 Toyota Limited 4 Runner that had damage to the dashboard that was covered with a “infomercial” when I test drove the vehicle and I did not take delivery of the vehicle until it was dark, and it could not be seen. What was noticeable was when I parked the vehicle in my garage and noticed that someone at the dealership had tried to cover it up or remove it. Further, the dealership left all sorts of trash and empty water bottles in the console of my new vehicle that was supposedly detailed prior to my purchase. And my saga continues: the two dash speakers do not work appropriately, and the dealership claimed they repaired them when I brought the vehicle in to be repaired with ONLY 500 miles on it. Driving off the lot I tried to use the radio and phone and not surprisingly, one of the speakers was still broken. And…… the saga continues: The front rotors were warped when I purchased the vehicle resulting in me having to leave it at the dealership overnight for the repair. I notified Gettel of my frustration and the fact that I wanted to return the vehicle for a new one and once again NOT to be surprised, Gettel gave me some of their CLASSLESS Sales Managers to try and hook wink me through a sales person into purchasing a new vehicle at $8,000.00 more than I had just paid them less than two weeks prior. Further the vehicle Gettel tried to trick me into was NOT, I repeat NOT what I wanted but because I was told by Avery (a Sales Manager) that Gettel would make it right and that was the vehicle they could make it right with, so I rode with the sales person to ADESA (auction lot) to pick up the vehicle. After wasting nearly four (4) hours of my time and Gettel’s best efforts at attempting to hood wink me into purchasing another vehicle at $8,000.00 more, I drove off the lot because they flat out lied to me. Gettel Toyota of Bradenton should be ashamed of themselves and the manner in which they treat their customers, and ALL buyers should PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Gettel Toyota of Bradenton beyond a shadow of a doubt the biggest scamming dealership in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. More
