I knew as soon as I spoke so someone there, I was in good hands. Let me start by saying the staff there was amazing. They went above and beyond my expectations on getting me into my dream truck. Julio, Jason, JP, Roy, and Roberta all worked hard for me. I didn’t feel like just another customer. I felt like family. The Gettel Toyota family will make you feel like family too. I had to drive over 150 miles to pick up the truck and they had to drive over 100 miles to get the truck to their store. Without their hard work I wouldn’t be this happy. Brought my vehicle to Gettel not quite seven months into my ownership, due to disturbing right front grinding sound and difficulties with car not starting in morning day prior. Informed my vehicle needed $300+ in repairs. Spoke with Service Director Evan Warner about repairs needed so soon after my purchase. Evan stated, “Your vehicle has too many miles.” I gathered from conversation, this is not unusual and expected on used certified vehicles. Course sales department touts low miles and the Certified used status. I’m attaching written quote below. TAKE: Spend the money and have an independent mechanic inspect your used certified vehicle before signing on the line.
