I told the salesperson few times that I will be flying in from Savannah to make the purchase and I don't want any surprises or numbers changed when I arrive due to being over 7 hours away from home and no planned way to come back if the deal falls through. I was assured that the APR and out the door price were final as well as my loan being approved. When I arrived, the truck and everything checked out until I came it came to signing paperwork at the finance office. My loan was still not secured despite being told before that I was already approved. I was told that the only way I will get the APR we agreed to over the phone was if I purchase the $1120 7 year 100,000 miles warranty. I brought that to their attention and was that was the only way to secure the agreed upon APR. I agreed to buy the warranty despite not being financially comfortable to do so due to being 7 hours away from home and no return ticket booked I was already at a loss if the deal did not work out. The employees were very nice. I was even picked up from the airport to the dealership but the deception in sales price has left a bad aftertaste. I recommended my dad purchase his car from Gettel but after my incident I will definitely not recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family. More

That was 3 days ago. I picked up car yesterday and it was filthy inside with the stickers still on. I am at maximum stress level and this purchase was a necessity; not any type of Christmas fun; so I didn't check these details before I left the lot, as the rush-hour, snowbird, holiday drive, from Sarasota to Bradenton is harrowing; I just trusted him. As I was driving I noticed lack of vacuuming; I think Armor All should have been used, and I'm wondering if CHOWSKI NESSER wants all three of his Western Union receipts that were wedged in between the seats dating October 30th!!! I want these stickers off just as Juan looked me in my face and promised! Vacuum and detail this car with full removal of debris. How many extra miles did Gettel team put on running their own errands??! I Dread driving back into that horrible traffic for this when I have a four hour online course to complete on Christmas Eve. Please set me up in an office with internet so I may take this course there, as, I'm wasting an hour drive each way along with the time for you to properly detail and remove your advertising and that ugly sticker on my windshield. While Brittany Raimondo was a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, and kept in constant contact with me via text as I was utilizing my three day right of rescission (which, I have until 11:59pm Tuesday) answering my questions and giving advice, I will not buy from Juan Oviedo again.
