Unfortunately, like many dealerships, there was a lack of transparency and honesty. For example, I said I wanted to test drive only if the out the door price was one thing, but after being told that that was transparency and honesty. For example, I said I wanted to test drive only if the out the door price was one thing, but after being told that that was ok and test driving, was told the out the door price was an additional 4K higher. Once I confirmed a new out the door price with all the previous stipulations, I was told in the middle of paperwork that they had lessened the warranty in order to get it to that price, which is definitely something I should have been informed of before. I also only got one car key, even though they kept telling me it was basically being sold as new (when you get a new car, you get two keys). I would add that Juan was kind and not pushy, which was a blessing. He was personable and a kind person, so that made the experience nice. Just wish there was more transparency and honesty in these types of places. More
