My experience with the dealership was ok. There was a couple problems with taking delivery of my truck. It was supposed to be there within a week. I was told that there was a "misunderstandin There was a couple problems with taking delivery of my truck. It was supposed to be there within a week. I was told that there was a "misunderstanding" at the port and the truck was not put on the delivery truck. I waited an extra week. I was told by finance that because I didnt take delivery of truck within that month I had to come back in and resign all of the paperwork that was already signed. The reasoning was so that finance could honor the rate. I was a little aggravated about that. I noticed two scratches on the driver side bed which I did not see until it rained. There is a flaw in the paint on the drivers side hood. I pointed this out to Nuri and she said im sure it can be buffed out. It looks as though the detail department attempted to buff the spots out. This is a brand new vehicle it should not have any scratches. I am a little dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience. Not to the point where I would not recommend the dealership, however I feel as a consumer spending my hard earned money at your dealership these issues should be corrected. More
