I Called for a recall. Was told let’s make appointment for next week. We need to order parts to have ready when you come. Next…My vehicle wasn’t washed. Took it back to wash. Would have been nice to know right away they didn’t have part to do work instead of sitting so long. She did show me the order paper, that she did order part. Not her fault. Always happy with Toyota so this was a shocker. Hope I do get a call back to take care of the recall. More
