Brought my car in for 6 month oil change and tire rotation in the morning. Got home parked car in garage. By afternoon I had a large puddle of oil on the floor. Called service center and was trans rotation in the morning. Got home parked car in garage. By afternoon I had a large puddle of oil on the floor. Called service center and was transferred to Lylia. Reached her voice mail left message and never got a call back. Called several times after that again no call back. Next day called service center, Lylia, service center, Mr. Deluca, and again no call back. Car could not be moved. Dip stick showed less than what should be in the oil reservoir. Finally after desperation called Toyota road side assistance to have the car towed to the service center. road side assistance was wonderful. They were at my house within a half hour, towed my car to Deluca. Finally in the afternoon a Manager from the Service Center called back to say car was ready and apologized for the inconvenience. One of the technicians had replaced the oil filter and pinched part of it, therefore, it was incorrectly installed and caused the oil leak. Would have been nice if someone would have called back the first day to see what the problem was. More
