Setting up my maintenance appointment on the phone was quick and easy. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very nice young man. Was rear-ended on the turnpike. Insurance wanted me to take to a body shop of their choice. I declined and chose to take to dealership (DeLuca). Very satisfied and while I hope to never have to use their Collision Center again (who wants to get into a wreck? LOL), I will take my vehicle there if it ever happens again. More
Staff is kind and Most of them are very knowledgeable and helpful about my car needs. Also, I forgot to give my $20 coupon at time of arrival. Heather said that I need it to do it when I arrived (but she never asked if I had a coupon either.) she said that already printed all documents! She did her job, but she was short/cold when interact. Also, she called me saying that I haven’t answered my calls to my ride, but she provided them with a wrong number. ( she didn’t take the time to check what number she dialed) and what number she typed for the shuttle service people.) The reason that I drive 40-45 minutes to Deluca is to avoid the bad service at Gatorland. More
