Made appointment with Jesus Rodriguez. When arrived for appointment, name was not on list. 2 1/2 hours wait with an appointment. At the 1 hour mark, car wasn’t even taken back yet. Estimate cost the same amount as groceries for a week. I would rather put food on the table for my family. Even after service was declined. Took 45 minutes just to received my car back…a car that wasn’t even being serviced. More

Took my car in to get tire repaired and staff member who drove my car misjudged a maneuver and left a long scratch on my driver side door and damage to the black wheel edging.
