5 stars for Service Advisor, Byron! My only complaint for this service is I specifically turned OFF my radio and A/C, but it was turned on when I received my car back. They over charged me for labor. They only fixed it after I called and said something was wrong after I was given the run around to speak to a manager. Dealership was unable to locate car that was towed to service center and parked in front of building. After 5 hours, it was finally confirmed my car was onsite but were still unable to provide an estimat service center and parked in front of building. After 5 hours, it was finally confirmed my car was onsite but were still unable to provide an estimate for when the work would potentially be completed. When I was finally contacted at 4pm I was advised work would not be completed until the next day. When work was completed I was notified via text for payment, and could not get ahold of the dealership to confirm when I could pick up the car. When I arrived onsite, it was another 20-30 minutes of the service manager looking for my keys and paperwork before we were finally able to leave. More
