I was assigned to Michael Hasselman and when we checked in no one knew who he was. It turns out that he goes by Joe, Perhaps you all need to get on same page on who works for Toyota. It looked silly that we had the text showing the fellows name but no one new him except one lady said that is Joe. Apparently, that is his middle name and that is what he goes by. He was polite and kept us informed he also explained the evaluation on service report. Just correct his name for customer communications to avoid this delay. More
