service - critical issue found - need wiper blades. - I purchased from them 4 months ago. They were dealing with NEW blades. Their issue was they were noisy. The service was fast and thorough but MAKING THE APPOINTMENT was a real "Hassle". I tried to call on the phone and couldn't get through.....I did a "chat" with the service dept "on-line" TWICE and APPOINTMENT was a real "Hassle".
