Execution The last 3 times I have visited this dealership there have been administrative problems. 1st it took over 2 hours to get an oil change done, and I was The last 3 times I have visited this dealership there have been administrative problems. 1st it took over 2 hours to get an oil change done, and I was never called when the vehicle was completed, I made a reservation online for my next visit but when I arrived there was no reservation on there appointment list, they squeezed me in but again the length of service was un acceptable. The last time I called to make an appointment and the phone systems were down for more than 4 hours, I finally got connected and set up through a web conversation with a customer support representative through email. I asking myself why I keep returning, I know why I bought the vehicle from another Toyota Dealer, the sales rep couldn't explain the differences in specs by model. Lot's of work to do here on execution. I know I formerly owned one of the largest Truck dealerships in the Midwest before retirement. You should use the secret shopper concept and constant training with follow up to get the organization in shape. More

I've never taken this vehicle to anyone other than a deal to have it serviced and I can tell you that Deluca Toyota (Ken Greene specifically) always treats me like family. They are welcoming, professional, attentive, and let me know exactly what needs to be done. As long as I own this car I'll never consider taking it anywhere else for service! I never have to search for my car when the service is finished. Ken makes sure that it's driven right up to me. He explains in detail what has been done and shows me the invoice, the checks, etc. before I sign and initial. It can't get any better than this in my opinion. I always make a reservation with Mr. Green, and together we select a time when the service can be done as quickly as possible. He thinks of EVERYTHING!! More

The work was done earlier than i thought and that is a good thing. The only thing--i don't mind being told that there will be a survey but i find it kind of strange to be told how to answer it. If my service was great, i'd rate it great. If it was poor, i'd rate it as poor. I thought it was weird when i was asked to reply in exceeds expectations all the way down. Thank you. More

We were grateful for that space. We slept on it and came back and bought a new car. Mike the manager was instrumental in sealing the price deal. All staff was eager, yet polite.
