Warranty repairs I have been trying to get some warranty repairs done on my 2007 Camry & had little success with another dealership. I called Deluca Toyota in Ocala Wednesday afternoon It is now Thursday evening our Camry is in our garage completely repaired. I received service above & beyond my expectations I felt like a Rolls Royce owner. The automobile looks great drives great. Fabulous dealer I will be back. I cannot praise the personnel enough. More

I was at the dealership for some work on my 2013 Prius which I loved and had no intention of trading in. Well the dealership told me I was a VIP customer and would I like to talk to a salesman about that. So I said yes because I wanted to find out how much my prius was worth. I was told nothing but lies by the salesman telling me that it did not have much value left since Prius were not holding there value very good and I should get rid of it while I could because the dealership would probably have to send it auction since it would not sell off the lot. It was in very good shape and only had around 20,000 miles on it. I fell for all he was telling me and he talked me into a lease on a Rav 4 with low payments since I was afraid my car would before I payed it off it would have no equity in it. I truly thought he was really trying to help me out. after taking the lease on the Rav 4 he talked me into a limited awd version since it was loaded and would cost me very little more to get. Much to my dismay the gas mileage on a awd was not very much. I knew I wouldn't get as much as the Prius but this vehicle was not even getting 20 miles to the gallon. I called the salesman back and he said just give it some time and things will be alright. I let a couple of days go by and called again and he just kept repeating himself. I drove up to the dealership and demanded that I talked to someone else to be told that to much time had past and I would have a hard time getting out of the lease so soon. So some kind gentlemen said they would see what they could do to get me back into a prius I did not realize or have any knowledge of leases but the first salesman told me I could turn it in after 3 years and still have a lower payment in the low $200's with no money down. These two new gentleman told me at the end of the lease for the Rav4 I would not have my car as equity so I would probably have to put a lot down on a new lease. I then went wild over being lied to and talked into through these lies to trade my car in and now be in a [place where my payments are a low$249 dollars and add on the more than $100 a month for gas so I am screwed. By the way my payments on my old prius 2013 were $210 plus about $40 a month for gas. Noone will ever have a chance at Deluca Toyota again. Please find yourself another dealer that does not have con men like this working for them and they condone this behavior. More

My experience; your mileage may vary . . . . Took my Sequoia in for an oil change. I had no issues and no indication (e.g., panel lights, symptoms, etc.) of any issues with the sole exception of Took my Sequoia in for an oil change. I had no issues and no indication (e.g., panel lights, symptoms, etc.) of any issues with the sole exception of a low tire pressure indication. Service advisor advised me of an airbag recall and offered to perform the recall which I agreed to. Took my Sequoia home that evening with a clean bill of health (multi-point inspection card) except the tire pressure light was still on but now flashing. Upon start-up the next morning I had multiple panel lights (VSC trac, check engine, flashing tire pressure). Took it to the dealer and was advised that my Sequoia now needs extensive mechanical work: Charcoal canister assembly $1,023.75; ABS module $1,125; and 3 tire pressure sensors $646. On the dealer side, I shopped the lot on foot for a new SUV for an hour while waiting for my oil change/service. I was not greeted, approached, or even acknowledged by a single sales person the entire time. More

Aisha Bowden, the rental manager. took great care of us. Our experience has been that Mr. Deluca knows how to hire exceptional workers, and Aisha was no exception. She knows her job and product inside out. She had the most beautiful smile. She walked us through the paperwork swiftly. Then she gave us a tutorial on the car, including the GPS and Bluetooth. I know Mr. Deluca is proud of his staff and he has every right to be proud of Aisha. If you look around his business you will find that most of the staff has been around for a very long time, indication he takes real good care of them to earn that loyalty. More

Do not buy extended warranty total rip off. So much they don't tell you that isn't covered even when you buy the top of the line. To check out a problem they charge you then tell you it isn't covered. Talked to many people in waiting room had same experience. Nothing is ever covered. Total rip offs. I have owned many many cars, dealt with many dealerships this is the worst and I am 58 years old. More

Was done in about 1 hour 40 minutes and I was out of there. More
